How to Make the Perfect Selfie
Introduction:
Have you ever looked back at the picture gallery on your phone and your selfies were to vague or plain. There was no feeling or excitement. Have you ever created a picture that you can tell has been edited or designed. I have a solution for those problems. By using the Piclab and Picsart app. I have a strategy that can make your pictures bold, vibrant, full of personality! Just in nine different steps. I figure you will use the pictures for Instagram, Facebook, or Profile Picture and the last thing you want are pictures that don’t represent you, and who you are very well, My friend the first impression is very important and when someone is looking at your social media; they want pictures that are cute, colorful, and creative in order to make you, as a person, stand out. Not only by the way you speak or your demeanor. But how you betray yourself and there's nothing like pictures that can do that!
So let's get started!
So in this experiment you need
-
Phone
-
PicsArt App
-
Piclab App
Step One: Your going to take your phone and take as many pictures as you want with different facial expression.

Step Two: You're going to go to PicsArt App and go to college.

Step Three: Within the college icon you have many different frames in different shapes and sizes. Depending on how many pictures you took you want all of your pictures within the frame. This is going to be a collage of you!

Step Four: After your done with your college you want to start editing the picture. On the PicsArt app in order to do filters and edit you want to go to the fx icon with Effects at the bottom of the page. You can do whatever filter or color you would like. Just play around with it. When your done filtering make sure you save the picture. You will need this picture for later.

Note: If you forget to save your filtered college you will have to start this process over.

Step Five: Once you're done filtering you want the same picture that you filtered to be blurry. To do this step go to the blur icon it should be found on the left side of the page. The picture can be blur, lens blur, Smart blur etc. All the names are below the page. Just click the example that is best for you, You want this picture to be blurry because this your first picture or background picture.

Step Six: When you're done making your picture blurry. On PicsArt you can make a background color. To be able to do this step you want to go to the border icon beneath the page. I would suggest you pick a color that blends in with your filter so it won’t look like it's a color behind it. But rather it look like one picture alone.

Step Seven: Now that you're done with your background picture. You want to go to the icon that says add photo at the bottom of the page. This icon should send you to recent pictures from your picture gallery. You're going to be searching for your filtered college from Step four. At the end of this step you should have your original filtered picture on top of your background picture. Within this step there are two ways to play around with the picture that I recommend. Of course you can experiment and make your own. But the ones that I’ve tried a called Repetition and Turing Frame.
Repetition: Is when the filtered picture is in the same place. But is getting smaller and smaller within the background picture.
Note: if you want to do Repetition don’t make your pictures to small within the frame because then no one would see you clearly.
Turning Frame:Is when you keep adding the filtered picture and turning it as many times as you would like to the point it looks like the same picture staked on top of each other but in a disorderly fashion.
KEEP IN MIND: That your filtered picture is the on picture that you can move around the background picture stays behind the filtered picture at all times. The background picture doesn’t move.

Step Eight: Then TA-DA you're finished with the PicsArt app. You want to make sure you save this picture. At this this point you probably want to go to your picture gallery and delete everything. EXPECT the last picture you put together which is the Turning Frame ,Repetition, or possibly your own style.
Note: This step is important for storage room on your phone.
Step Nine: Now, that the last step is over and you have saved your very last picture. You want to go to the PicLab app. On PicLab you want to go to the icon that says single photo. This icon will lead you to past photos. Click on the one you saved from PicsArt then you will go to Scale Borders at to the bottom of the page and click crop size. At this point your picture should be shown in a cropped shape of a rectangle. Underneath the picture there should be a numerous amount of measurements you can choose from. I recommend frame 1:1 because your picture would be a square and the audience will be able to see all your creativity. Later, go to the top of the page to the sign that says “Next”. Then you want to click on the dotted frame below the picture and in the middle of page. When the dotted frame comes up the title should be “Add Overlays” and go the window that is titled “Light FX” When the window opens their should be examples of various effects for your picture. I would suggest the example from the first row to the right of the page it should be the very last example in the first row. Click on it. Next, you should see a volume icon that goes left and right. This step is to make sure that all your filters and colors blend. This is something PicsArt can not provide.
When you scroll further to the right the more blended the picture will be. When you scroll further to the left the less the blended but the more original the picture would look. Remember that the more blended the picture is… the more the picture would look animated. I would suggest you scroll directly in the middle. That way it would blend perfectly but still looks like the the original picture that you pieced together.
Furthermore, go to the top of the page their is a sign that says “save” this will lead you to a page that is title “Share” go to the icon that says “Gallery” and click on it. Lastly, there is an arrow left of the page. Click on it and then click out of PicLab. Don’t worry about your picture it is already saved.
After, depending on your phone Piclab and PicsArt may save your pictures. I would encourage you to delete the picture from PicsArt and save the blended picture from Piclab. After you do this you are complete and now you have a perfect selfie.

KEEP IN MIND: You can do this method for things other than selfies. Also you can use the editing method and apps just for a single photo rather than a college.
